This month we have been celebrating our superb, silver medal winning prosecco; Vignarosa Prosecco from the house of Vignarosa – deep in the heart of the premium prosecco region of Treviso, Italy.
It’s easy to forget that prosecco isn’t just an aperitif – it is also a great accompaniment to food! So what would we recommend? If you are feeling enthusiastic … a selection of meats, cheeses and salty foods on chunks of crunchy bread will do nicely thank you very much!
However, if your fridge is all out of meats and cheeses and you’re not feeling so enthusiastic about putting some food together, we’ve got a naughty but nice suggestion for you … bowls of your favourite savoury snacks. Enjoy!
