All three have been given 5 stars by fizz tasters and are all easy drinking, crowd-pleasers.

Thierry Triolet

  • Thierry Triolet sells some of his grapes to Krug and Billecart Salmon (but keeps the best for himself!)
  • He is a small family producer who grows his own grapes and makes his own champagne.
  • When he isn’t making amazing champagne he indulges in his other passion, golf – occasionally using the vineyard as a driving range!
All Triolet champagnes are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and they all contain 10g/l dosage.
Triolet Brut
  • Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage: 10g/l.
  • Aged on the lees (second fermentation in the cellar) for at least 18 months.
Triolet Rosé
  • Blend: 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage 10g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Triolet Reserve
  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage: 10g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Aged for 3 years in the cellar.

A zesty, citrus fruit nose, followed by lemon pith and straw on the palate. Together with a zesty vigour and fine bubbles, pull the wine into a long finish.
