Can we interest you in a tasty champagne at a very fair price?

Looking for a champagne that’s easy drinking and will appeal to the vast majority of people? We’re really proud of this one! It’s a superb choice for parties, events and receptions.

Triolet Brut is a great balance of a light champagne with fruitiness and a touch of toastiness too.

(Toastiness – generally means there are caramel notes present, like burnt sugar in a crème brûlée).

Thierry Triolet Looking at vines

Thierry Triolet has a passion for growing grapes, making champagne and golf! He occasionally uses his eleven hectares of vines as a driving range when he’s too busy to visit a golf course! Triolet’s small family House is in the village of Bethon in the south of  the Champagne region. Thierry’s production is small but beautiful, he makes a mere 40,000 bottles of champagne a year. The quality of chardonnay grapes in his village is excellent and highly sought after; he sells some of his grapes to Krug and Billecart Salmon (but keeps the best for himself!)

  • Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage: 10g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Aged on the lees (second fermentation in the cellar) for at least 18 months.

Really light and easy to drink with plenty of bubbles – perfect for Christmas parties with nibbles!

I loved this champagne, beautifully clear and so light and refreshing, not heavy or yeasty and very, very easy to drink.
Great with nibbles, great with a starter or fish dish or great just on its own. If you like champagne you’ll love this!

Enjoyed this Champagne on New Years Eve with good friends, we all really liked it and found it light and crisp with a very slight sweet taste at the end of each mouthful, a pleasant surprise! We drunk it with nibbles. Would definitely recommend.
