  • 1 Janisson Vintage 2006 – chosen by Tony, complex, elegant and red fruited. As an accompaniment, he suggests… and why not?!….a shellfish platter, including oysters! If you don’t want to go to those lengths it will make a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel sing.
  • 1 G. Tribaut Blanc de Noir – Tony’s second pick, a great aperitif champagne. Is lighter,  floral and red fruited.
  • 1 Triolet Réserve – chosen by Helen, a chardonnay based champagne. An amazing value, fruity and rich, blanc de blancs champagne.
  • 1 G.Tribaut Rosé – Helen’s second pick, elegant and stylish. Raspberries and cream in a glass. Simply pour and enjoy. (Silver medal winner International Wine Challenge 2016).
  • 1 Forget-Chemin Carte Blanche – Teresa’s choice, a traditional blend of all 3 champagne grapes. This champagne is a true gem from the very talented winemaker Thierry Forget. For the ultimate Friday night decadence pan fry some mushrooms in butter with a sliver of garlic and serve on crusty bread and delight in how well the Carte Blanche compliments your supper! (Silver medal winner International Wine Challenge 2015).
  • 1A. Bergère ‘Selection’ Brut- Rebecca’s imagine ripe pears, apricots and a touch of lemon and ginger. This is a refreshing champagne that has some richness and complexity. International Wine Challenge 2016 – silver medal
