I’m not a huge prosecco fan so look upon Italian fizz with some suspicion. But I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this sparkling wine. First thing I noticed; it’s not overly fizzy. It’s got a big nose for a fizz. It is slightly sharp, and quite ‘winey’ tasting with a reasonably long finish. I would order this again. I also think that it would be fantastic as a bellini base. It certainly worked well as a kir base. I gave it 4 stars because it is very good for the price.
