Manuel Janisson is the fourth generation of winemakers in Verzenay; he has one foot in the traditions of the past and also a very clear eye on the future. The experience of almost one hundred years of champagne making and a determination to blend this with modern techniques means Janisson et Fils produce stylish, beautifully made champagnes. The house of Janisson and many of their vines are in the Grand Cru village of Verzenay. Grand Cru grapes denote the best quality the Champagne region has to offer and this high level of excellence can be tasted in Janisson champagnes.

  • Dosage 8g/l.
  • Partial malolactic fermentation.
  • No animal proteins were used to clarify the wine.
