One bottle of white wine – Falerio DOC – It has an elegant and fruity with hints of apple, banana and pineapple. It’s dry, zingy and refreshing. A great match with fish.
One bottle of Red wine Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC – dense ruby red. Complex notes of plum, liquorice and black cherry. Powerful and well balanced. Wonderful with roasted meat and mature cheeses.
