Forget-Chemin Carte Blanche

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

Easy Drinking Dry

France

An easy drinking, crowd-pleasing champagne with notes of apples and pears and hints of toast and citrus.

Great as a pre-dinner drink and also a winner with mushroom dishes.

    Fabulous

I first fell in love with Forget-Chemin following a trip to Reims some years ago. Up until then Vueve had been my champagne of choice. We searched far and wide to purchase the Forget in Britain, including some very up-market wine merchants, all to no avail until my husband found Fizz. I am so pleased to see that it is now a medal winner – obviously others have appreciated this lovely champagne as I do. Helen and the team at Fizz have been a godsend. They have never let us down on an order, are fast and efficient, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all things “bubbles”. I can’t profess to be an expert or champagne buff. All I can say is that Forget is very easily drinkable (doesn’t give me a headache). If you enjoy a champagne that is on the right side of dry you will love it as I do.

This champagne was amazing I usually struggle to drink champagne but found this really pleasant. It wasn’t to dry I enjoyed it so much I’ve added it to my Christmas list.
