All the sparkling wines in this case come from small, family winemakers round the world.

Winterling Riesling – mouthwateringly citrus and very moreish, it’s a total winner with all things Thai.

Masia Bou Brut Cava – a lovely refreshing fizz. Terrific with tapas. Enjoy with cured meats and manchego cheese.

Crémant de Bourgogne -Domaine de la Croix Saint-Jacques, crisp and dry. Lay out some langoustines and a mound of mackerel paté. For the ultimate decadence do you dare add some oysters?

Vignarosa Brut Prosecco – fruity and easy drinking. Try with some fried chicken and chips.

Bolney Blanc de Blancs English sparkling wine – fresh with citrus note, dry and delish. Good with smoked salmon blinis.

La Farra Extra Dry Prosecco – (it’s actually sweeter than an average Prosecco) perfect with patisserie and cake. Fizz and pud, yummy.

  • Aged for a minimum of 10 months.
Crémant de Bourgogne -Domaine de la Croix Saint-Jacques (one bottle – 750ml)
  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage: 6g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Ageing in the cellar on the lees a minimum of 24 months.
