This pink sparkling wine is made from Pinot noir and pinot meunier which are the two black grapes used in champagne making. ‘Get your beak in’ to the flute for a sniff and you’ll be treated to notes of strawberry liquorice. Take a sip and you’ll enjoy flavours of white peach, and rich plum.

Corinne Seely – winemaker at Exton Park

Exton Park Vineyard on the South Downs was first planted with champagne variety vines in 2003 and has a state of the art winery built in 2011. The twelve acres initially planted have grown to fifty five acres today. Exton Park is owned by a local business Malcolm Issac who sold his watercress and salad business to move into sparkling wine making. Corinne Seely is the winemaker and is winning many awards for the wines she makes.
