For lovers of fizz and cake! A fruity prosecco, bursting with ripe peach flavours, apples and hints of acacia blossom. A sweeter style prosecco perfect for afternoon tea.

Delmas Blanquette de Limoux – one 750ml bottle.

We recommend drinking this Blanquette de Limoux over ice. It’s medium sweet, very fruity with rich notes of toffee apple; a heavenly balance between freshness and sweetness.

11th Hour Cabernet Sauvignon – one 750ml bottle

Divine notes of black cherry and blackcurrant with hints of spice. Medium bodied and smooth.

Henry of Pelham Chardonnay 2016 – one 750ml bottle

This wine has gorgeous notes of grapefruit and a hint of fresh crunchy apple. It’s vibrant and fresh.

Crémant Croix Saint-Jacques

This sparkling wine from Burgundy is made in the same way as champagne.

Fantastic citrus notes. If you like dry champagne, you’ll love this.

Gardo and Morris Waipara Pinot Noir 2012

Fantastic notes of cherry and plum with notes of spice and toasty oak. This fragrant wine is complex with good tannins.

Delmas Blanquette de Limoux

  • Blend: 100% Mauzac.
  • ABV: 7.5%.
  • The name “Blanquette” comes from whitish color on the underside of the leaf of the Mauzac varietal, grown exclusively in Limoux.
  • Made with very particular winemaking techniques, Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale is made by partial fermentation providing a light level of alcohol and the sweetness and fruitiness of the natural residual sugar.

11th Hour Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Ruby Cabernet, 5% Zinfandel, 5% Shiraz
  • Aged in neutral oak for 15 months
  • ABV 13%

  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Bottle size 750ml.
  • Dosage: 6g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Ageing in the cellar on the lees a minimum of 24 months.
  • The vineyard area has similar soils and chalk to the Champagne region.

  • Aged in French barriques for 12 months, Burgundy style
