In 2010, Manuel Janisson (on the left) bought vines in Burgundy from a Michelin star chef. After many successful years of making champagne, Manuel now also applies his expertise to making Crémant de Bourgogne.

  • Blend: 100% Chardonnay.
  • ABV: 12%.
  • Dosage: 6g/l.
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Ageing in the cellar on the lees a minimum of 24 months.
  • The vineyard area has similar soils and chalk to the Champagne region.

    A delicious light taste -hints of pear and apple. Perfect for summer nights in the garden. Crisp and no after taste just pure delight. This is a winner .

    Crémant de Bourgogne -Domaine de la Croix Saint-Jacques would be ideally matched with shellfish the delicate fruit flavours and the acidity will balance and match the rich flavors of the shellfish, and the flavor of the wine won’t get lost in any sauce you might be using. This is a definite winner, ideal for any occasion, I also enjoyed a glass with a cheese board
