  • Blend 80% Pinot Blanc 20% Pinot Auxerrois
  • Aged for 36 months in the cellar

Crémant de Bourgogne -Domaine de la Croix Saint-Jacques

  • Blend 100% Chardonnay)
  • Dosage 6g/l
  • Ageing in the cellar on the lees a minimum of 24 months
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

One Winterling sparkling rosé:

A delicate soft pink, with fruity notes of strawberries and raspberries , a bit of blossom and candy floss. Take a sip and those notes repeat themselves with a hint of parma violets on the end…all in all quite divine!

One Winterling sparkling riesling:

For late afternoons and early evening sipping. It’s mouth-wateringly citrus and very moreish. Imagine lip smacking limes, sherbet limes, softened with a hints of ripe apricot.

One Delmas Cremant de Limoux

A sniff of this wine will delight your senses! Notes of white peaches, white flowers, hints of honey, ripe redcurrants and a touch of toffee apple… Take a sip and you’ll find the wine really fruity with ripe peaches and honey, it’s dry and crisp on the finish.

One Comte de Grimm Cremant d’Alsace

Fresh, pure and very easy to sip. It’s refreshingly citrus and makes a wonderful aperitif to cleanse the palate.

Two Crémant de Bourgogne -Domaine de la Croix Saint-Jacques

If you like Chablis, there’s a very good chance you’ll enjoy this. Imagine wafts of white blossom and freshly cut lemons. It’s a brilliant match with shellfish dishes and makes a wonderfully refreshing aperitif.
