Michel Forget is the 6th generation of winemakers in his family and we feel that all the skill and experience that’s been passed down, shows in his champagnes. Forget-Brimont is based in the Premier Cru village of Ludes. Mr Forget oversees all aspects of care in the vineyard and is heavily involved in the wine-making. He has won many, many awards for his champagnes.
- Blend is 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay some of which are Grand Cru.
- The champagne has been aged for at least 24 months and underwent malolactic fermentation. The dosage is 9g/l.
- This champagne is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
