We recommend drinking this Blanquette de Limoux over ice. It’s medium sweet, very fruity, with rich notes of toffee apple.

It is a heavenly balance between freshness and sweetness.

Blanquette de limouxBernard and Marlène are today’s owners & have made sacrifices to ensure Delmas has remained in the family. Marlène went from flowers to fizz selling her florist shop, while Bernard a chef, turned down a job at the French Embassy in the States. Today Delmas owns 32 hectares of vines planted with the four Limoux grape varieties. The vineyard is located in the highest & coolest part of the Limoux appellation: the Haute Vallée terroir. This area is called by some wine critics ‘Little Burgundy’. After studying wine-growing & wine-making, Baptiste Delmas has joined his parents in the business. He is now working with his father to learn the secrets that win Domaine Delmas many awards and make them so unique.
