Compare the 100% Chardonnay offering from G.Tribaut Blanc de Blancs with the Pinot based Charmant Brut Premier Cru. Triolet Brut is a great example of a crowd pleasing champagne and for a taste of all three grape varieties drink the Carte Blanche from Forget-Chemin. A. Bergère Selection Brut is an example of a rich champagne with ripe pear notes, apricots and a note of ginger; while Ellner Brut Integral zero dosage and is a dry and crisp.
